Canning Bridge Activity Centre Plan


The Canning Bridge Activity Centre Plan was created through a partnership with State Departments and two Local Governments. The unique location has allowed a unique collaborative approach to planning in the area.

Carawatha Residential Development Project


The suburb of Willagee has been transforming since the adoption of the Willagee Structure Plan in 2013, and has now been given another boost with Council's approval to progress a residential development project on the former Carawatha Primary School site.

Deep Water Point Upgrade


The City of Melville is working on a number of improvements to Deep Water Point that aim to enhance the recreational purposes of the area while still maintaining and protecting the natural environment.

Floodlight Installation

Wave Park Proposal - Alfred Cove

Willagee Structure Plan
